Darik Nelson
Darik founded Acumen Technology in 2003, utilizing his comprehensive 35-year background in clean manufacturing technologies and matching equipment to process. At Acumen’s inception, the vision was to create a culture of building long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and process solutions. This philosophy is still and will continue to be the driving force of Acumen. In his free time, Darik enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, grilling, sporting activities, and events.

Jeff Clark
Jeff has a proven track record of strategic planning for Cleanrooms, project execution, USP 797 laboratory design, nanotechnology and containment. He also has accrued significant experience in environmental cleaning, high level disinfection, data center heat management, electrical design, bus systems, sensor and CGMP systems. In what free time he does have, he enjoys competitive sailing, grilling with the family, gardening, and cross-country skiing.

Greg Mills
With over three decades in high technology clean rooms and high purity processing, Greg Mills holds a MS in Engineering Management from Santa Clara university and an BA in Chemistry from Illinois College. An experienced engineer, marketer and business developer, Greg has a strong background in clean room applications, low and high temperature product environments, contamination control, wet and dry semiconductor processing, as well as metrology techniques and isolation techniques.

Roxanne Schellman
Roxanne joined the Acumen team in 2013, bringing with her a background in Marketing, Human Resources and Veterinary Medicine. She lives in the country with her husband, four kids, four dogs, cat and an ever-changing number of Angora rabbits. In her spare time she enjoys an eclectic mix of activities including Harley road trips and spinning fiber from her bunnies. She has yet to master crocheting while riding a motorcycle, however.

Joe Lyons
Joe has many years’ experience working in lab equipment, contamination control and containment industries. His focus has been developing solutions for clean environments with life sciences markets including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and research applications. Joe was with Acumen from 2008 to 2014 and recently re-joined the company in 2018. Joe and his wife Nancy enjoy traveling and spending time with their children.

Will Van Wey
Will retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service. He entered the contamination control industry in 2001 and has since been solving contamination control issues for customers all over the world. Will joined Acumen in 2019 and brought his extensive expertise, knowledge and excitement to the team. He is a devout gearhead, woodworker, photographer, computer geek, and HAM radio operator. Not surprisingly, his wife refers to him as MacGyver…based on his problem-solving ability, we may start calling him that too.

Dave O'donnell
Dave has spent the last 25 years in sales and management positions representing Industrial and Medical products. The last 11 years, Dave's focus has been on Ionization and Contamination Control for the Medical, Electronics, and Semiconductor world. Dave also has an extensive background in pneumatics, automation, and robotics. Dave has a lovely wife and 3 beautiful children, 2 of which are still in Private Colleges. As a result, Dave will be available anytime for professional technical support, from now until the day of his funeral.

Randy Woodham
Randy earned a BS degree in electrical engineering, a Masters in Operations Research, a Masters in Business Administration and served as an officer in the US Army. After his time in the army, he got his start in semiconductor manufacturing engineering and soon after moved into technical sales. Over the years Randy expanded his focus into biotech, aerospace and defense, research and development, industrial and petrochemical markets. He thrives on building customer relationships and helping them solve problems. He has developed expertise in monitoring and contamination control in cleanrooms and controlled environments. He enjoys spending time with his family and tackling home projects.
